My stay at the Pavilion Hotel was filled with disappointments. While the hotel has a quirky design that initially drew me in, the uncomfortable bed and poor hygiene overshadowed any positive aspects. The location was definitely a plus, making it easy to explore London, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room was dimly lit and unclean, with a mattress that felt extremely uncomfortable. I even encountered a mouse during the night, which was quite disturbing.
Service
5.0
The staff, while present, were not particularly helpful or friendly. This overall lack of care made my experience less enjoyable.
Location
5.0
The location was one of the hotel’s few redeeming qualities, being close to public transport and central attractions.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was laughably inadequate, consisting of a stale croissant and a small carton of juice, not worth bothering with.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking, with a very small bathroom and no real amenities provided. The cleanliness was a significant issue.

My stay at the Pavilion Hotel was quite the mixed bag. The quirky decor gave it a unique charm that I appreciated, but the comfort level of the beds left much to be desired. Overall, its location was excellent for exploring London, but keep in mind it might not suit everyone's taste.

The facilities were basic. The bathroom was clean, but I faced some issues like poor drainage in the shower.

5.0/10

My stay at Pavilion Hotel was a mixed bag. While the quirky decor and friendly receptionist gave it some charm, I found the noise levels and comfort of the beds to be pretty much unbearable. The breakfast was underwhelming, little more than packaged snacks, which didn’t help my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and quite cold, with a squeaky bed that could be heard moving in other rooms. The decor was fun but definitely felt aged, like an interesting museum piece rather than a cozy sleeping space.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries, which was a plus, but they seemed overwhelmed and unable to address some of my complaints about the heating.
Location
8.0
The location near Paddington was super convenient for getting around London, which was one of the highlights of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing; a tray with cold snacks left outside my room, including a packaged croissant that felt more like an afterthought than an actual meal.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking, with a big issue being the heating as it was freezing cold in my room, and the overall cleanliness could have been better.

6.4/10

My stay at Pavilion Hotel was quite an experience, filled with unique character and quirky design. While the location was fantastic, close to Paddington Station, the comfort of the room left much to be desired. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the personal touch from the staff, but the breakfast was a disappointing tray of packaged items. Overall, it was a nice stay despite some drawbacks.

My room had an antique style, but the mattress was uncomfortable and felt old. The quirky decor was interesting, but it could have been more inviting.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Sean at the reception. They made me feel welcome during my stay, which I appreciated.

The overall maintenance seemed a bit lacking; the experience could have been better with a little more care for the rooms.

6.4/10

I recently stayed at Pavilion Hotel for a unique experience, but it left me feeling disappointed. The quirky decor and eclectic design were fun, and the location was perfect for my plans. However, the room was cold, and I had some issues with cleanliness and comfort that overshadowed the positives.

Rooms
5.0
The room I had, named Enter The Dragon, was uniquely themed but uncomfortable due to its cold temperature and awkward shower setup. There were no additional blankets, and I ended up having to sleep in my coat, which was quite unpleasant.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and tried to help with my issues, but the overall experience was marred by the state of the room and the breakfast arrangements, which didn't meet my expectations.
Location
8.0
The location near Paddington was excellent, allowing easy access to transport and nearby attractions, which I appreciated during my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was left outside the room and was quite minimal – a bottle of Weetabix, a croissant, and a carton of juice – definitely not something I was happy about.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt lacking, especially with a broken TV and a missing hairdryer that added to my overall discomfort during the stay.
